1:03.8	And I'm really excited about this topic that we're going to talk about today, talking about why you must get yourself in the room with like-minded Mamas. So I'm really passionate about this because I've
1:09.0	seen it play out in live time over and over again
1:11.9	since starting this community. I also saw this play out in live time when I own my gym.
1:16.8	So getting like-minded women in the room together matters a whole heck of a lot if you want to
1:23.6	have any sort of transformation in your life. And so the way I saw this in my gym is I saw women come in.
1:31.0	And my gym was really, it was a really inclusive community in terms of it was not competitive.
1:36.5	It was a wide range of ages, abilities, body shapes, all those things.
1:41.7	And what happened in that space is that like-minded women could come in
1:45.6	and be unified by our core values around we're going to show up, we're going to do our best,
1:50.5	we're going to cheer for each other. It's not about competition. It's not about who's lifting
1:53.6	the heaviest weights. It's not about like having the biggest muscles or having like the prettiest
