We get uncomfortable. Many people struggle and a lack of progress comes from the

inability to be bored or uncomfortable. It's like the client that's like

have been on the same train for two months. Can I get into two months?

If you're bored with your train after two months,

then you're just no way in hell that you're training hard.

You want to become proficient.

You want to overload.

You want to make sure that you are giving every single session

your absolute best effort and you only get to do that by practice you don't become great

at shooting a basketball by changing your shop form every couple months.

You can become great by keeping your shot form the same and practicing with good mechanics

for 10,100,000 and 500,000 repetitions.
