Like I even know, I'm so much sharing there's a TikTok, you know, where a coach was reaching out to their client, they're saying, so what are your goals? And then the client's like, oh, like, you know, I want to put on some muscle and like lose some fat. And then the coach is like, but you want to grow your glutes, right?

And the person's like, well, and they're like, but you want to grow your glute.

And then it's funny because like, you you know that is just such a common area that people want to improve you know it's like guys with chest and some guys with glutes too like it's a strong muscle and we're going to kind of give you like what you need to know to really focus on that area what's more important what's not so some amazing questions to jump into this week, which will be really exciting. But as always, we like to start with a quote that has inspired us and got us thinking throughout the week. So I'm going to pass it over to Coach Kyle and let him fire it up. Yeah. So my quote is going to be a bit more of a serious quote this week, you know, and get you guys thinking and, you know, once again, call you out a little bit, you know, in a friendly way, of course.

But stop complaining about the results you didn't get from the work you didn't put in. Jeez. Yeah, just it was real. Like I saw it the other day and I was just scrolling and I saw another coach posted that. And I was like, man, I need to steal this one. Like it's just, you know, a lot of times, you know, especially if you are putting in work and if you are, you know, doing some incredible things like kudos to you.

But I think there's always something that we could do just even like a little bit better. And I think it's also important to be honest with ourselves. Like, you know, I've had many conversations in the past over the years. and it's just like, you know, there's some people who, you know, are one week on, one week off or like, you know, just obviously, obviously the obviously the whole consistency side of things out you know is just something that we talk about a lot but you know just if you actually look at yourself in the mirror you know face to face just have a serious conversation with yourself and you're like hey am I getting the results you know because of you know just am I putting in the work right you know that's the biggest question's the biggest question, right? Um, you know, there's one thing like, I just find like, it's very tough when like, I do find a lot of times people complain about something, whether it's just any issue in your life, but then you actually ask like, are you putting in the work to try to fix that? Are you actually putting in the work in the gym? Are you tracking your nutrition? Are you trying to eat healthy are you focusing on sleep sleep? And then you just hear complaint after complaint after complaint, but nothing's being changed, right? So, yeah, that's just something that kind of was on the top of my head. And I just want to ask you to, you know, be completely honest with yourself. If you do happen to find yourself complain about a certain issue, especially fitness-wise, you know, obviously we care about every single one of you. and we want you to get the best results possible. So just something to think about for this upcoming week.

Yeah, Coach Kyle nailed it there. This is something I always try and do like, you know, looking yourself in the mirror and just being honest with yourself. I've spoken to this a few times recently and, you know, this really brings me an example of I had one client, you know, like way, way back.

And, you know, I remember distinctly them saying, this isn't working. I'm doing everything right. Why am I not seeing results? Like, why am I not getting the results I want? And this was just a couple of weeks in, you know, we got them fixed up and they were killing it. And I said, okay, so we're doing everything right. And they're like, yeah, like I've been perfect.

And then, you know, I look at the spreadsheet and we'd only be,

through Thursday, right? And then the weekend they wouldn't be. And then I'd say, and, you know, there's three days here where we didn't do anything. And then this two weeks span, we didn't go to the gym. Like, you know, like it's easy, I think, in our mind to say, I'm doing everything

right. Now, why am I not getting that result? But like Kyle said and like this quote, sometimes you got to say, okay, you got to be real. Like we're going to default and we're going to give ourselves the benefit of the doubt. It's how we are. And that's why I'm such a big believer. And like, what gets track, it's managed. And I think that was so empowering for that individual because it really was a wake-up

call to them and they're like wow like I truly believed I was completely perfect and doing everything

right but you know you're totally right when I reflect on this and you know they overcame that

challenge and by facing that and owning that in that moment they're like I need to level up I need to

do what's uncomfortable I need to you know make sure I'm tracking every single day to do what's uncomfortable. I need to, you know, make sure I'm

tracking every single day, even when it's uncomfortable, that I'm getting those workouts into the best of my ability. It's not about being perfect, but it's about making that effort and being honest with ourselves. I always tell people, I expect perfection from no one. Me and Kyle are not perfect, you know, but it's that we keep rolling.
