Hi friends, so this week I want to talk some shit about social media.

I'm going to share some realizations and then I'm going to rant for a minute because I have some shit going on

and just pissing me off that I keep seeing on social media.

And one of the realizations I'm going to share about posting online and like being online

is one of the things that actually helped me move away and change my life.

First off, let's just jump into this shit.

Social media gives people a false sense of importance.

And I'm not talking about people with followers.

I'm talking people without followers too.

Like I have some followers. It's like, oh, cute fun.

But it gives day to day normal people a false sense of importance also because

you're posting shit and you feel like people are keeping up with you.

It's like you feel like people are watching you.

You feel like people actually give a fuck about you.

So you're like posting your outfit, you're posting your dinner, you're posting your this, posting your that.

It's like people feel the impulse to post everything they're doing because they think people care.

Like that's kind of like the vibe it gives you.

Like it makes you feel like someone's watching you're like people give a fuck about you.

And they want to know what you're up to.

And this makes you feel better about your life.

It makes you feel good about your life.

Even if it's a life that you don't like, you're getting positively reinforced that like people care about what you're doing.
