I think before we get started, we must send prayers and thoughts to what's happening in Parkland, Florida.

While we're recording the podcast, heart-breaking.

We've had the news on in the background and it's just, I sat on the bed today when the news was just breaking about the

school shooting at Parkland in Parkland Florida and I just started like these

noises were coming out of my body it wasn't really crying. It was, I don't know what it was, but I was just so upset because as a parent, I just can't imagine

wondering if your child was trapped in that school, and then the videos coming out of the kids in the classroom with a

gunshots going off.

I'm telling you something needs to be done.

It's just horrible.

It's just awful.

So we just want to at least acknowledge that, you know, we can't pretend this stuff isn't going on.

Yeah, we've got the TV on here in the in the mini-man room and we'll try not to stay too distracted,

but we got one eye over there and we're thinking about everybody down there in Florida, but like you say,

seeing those children run out of that school, it's awful.

It's awful.

But we do have a podcast to do. We do have a podcast to do. And we want to talk about some happy things that have happened this past few days.
