Well today we're talking about the case of the murder of Meredith Kirchers, which happened in Peruja, Italy and it created a meteor firestorm.

Just so everybody knows the facts of what actually happened to Meredith Kirchers on November 1st, 2007.

She was an exchange student in Peruja, Italy, one of her roommate's well as Amanda Knox, she had two other students, also females,

living in the apartment with them that they shared the flat with and then downstairs.

There were other, there were guys who had an apartment.

They were situated on a hillside, overlooking Peruja and it was a college town basically.

Very picturesque, looking town, all those little cobblestone streets.

On the night of the first, Amanda Knox was spent the evening and the night with Raphael Celeceto, her newfound boyfriend.

They had met about five days earlier, they were sort of being very romantic and hanging out and just being kids in love and spending as much time together as they could.

A couple days earlier had been Halloween and they all kind of celebrated and did their thing.

Amanda was working at a bar and they had gotten a message from her boss that she did not have to come in that night and therefore she spent the night with Raphael.

The next morning, she got up and went back to her apartment and she showered and when she was approaching the apartment, she noticed that the flat door was open.
