Now today's podcast is exciting.

I'm kind, well, I've got trepidation

because I've got a massive list of questions, and then we had a little chat before we started and I was like

fuck I've got like another 30 questions can we do this podcast for like five hours anyway

if you were to Google this man you would find lots of topless photos and, you know,

chiseled abs and basically you'd see what you don't get with me.

I've got a face for radio, this guy's got a face for TV and photos, but behind all

of that there's a massive amount of intellect and passion and exploration for bettering oneself, and that is what this show is all about

bettering oneself becoming what I would describe as a huge awesome human being

Dude, like you know if people were to Google you you've done some crazy things you also do a huge amount of things like it's it's evident you've got passion and a hunger to do an awful lot of things when people say hey Chris what is it that you do like what do you say what's the narrative man

It's a difficult difficult question to. I think I have a I'm easily bored and I remedy that as best I can by constantly having things to do.

So yeah I in short I did take me out and love islands in terms of

TV stuff I've been a model for over 10 years commercial model I've been director of an events company for over a decade as well now and I have

my own podcast which is called Modern Wisdom. So why did you do all the TV stuff?
