this is the hard truth is that no stable connection is built upon a liquid bond. Like, if you want to get to know someone truly, you have to get to know them. And guess what? I'm awkward. I'm awkward. And so, isn't it better, thank you. I'm like the cool kind of awkward. Isn't it better to know that first up? Like, we're sitting across the table. Isn't it better for me to be in my awkward and you to be in your awkward so we can both be our unique kinds of weird? But we're taught that

that's wrong. And especially in a society where women have to be a certain way and men have to be a

certain way, you know, I have my own things too. But at the end of the day, I have to take this

Polyana perspective of we are magical individual people that have quirks and have different things about us.

Isn't it so much better to be in that moment and fully feel your feelings and actually know, oh, hey, do I like this gal or this guy across the table for me?

Or am I just, you know, kind of having my beer goggles on? Do I enjoy them?

Or are we both just being super dynamic because we're drinking? Because guess what? If that's the

case, then you got to drink your way through your whole relationship. And that is not a way to live.

That's not what love or our relationship is.

My childhood was pretty disrupted by alcohol.

Yeah.

A lot of alcohol in the house, a lot of alcohol problems, alcohol problems around me with my friend's households.

Finances are the number one thing that causes divorce in America. Yeah. I don't have statistics in front of me, but I would presume alcohol is quite high up there as well.

Yeah.

It's probably hard to find the correlation because if you have financial problems, I'm assuming you're probably drowning yourself and alcoholic issues as well.
