Summary

Have you ever been drunk? Full of adrenaline, courageous and capable of anything – just to only hours later melt into the cloudy, meek puddle of a hangover. Notice how the courageous part of you is the same that feels cloudy or meek. The identification with this ego can be the origin of a lot of suffering. Today’s practice is an excavation of that ego.
