1:32.6	and really resonated with people is about how today is the good part of your
1:37.7	life you know that song that's used on reels and and tiktok a lot can we skip
1:43.2	to the good part I did an entire episode on that on deciding on pushing
1:47.2	yourself to decide that the good part of your life is today or otherwise
1:51.5	you're gonna look back and you're gonna be like man that was the good part
1:54.6	why did I always think the good part was in the future you know it is in the
1:58.4	future of course but the past and the present is good and is rewarding but
2:02.9	sometimes we only realize it later and I did that episode and it was like so
