that it's a great name I'm really excited to learn from him more about this concept and why it is in our individual lives we need to stop getting

in our own way and stop forcing ourselves into mediocrity.

And so with that said, Ross, how are you doing?

I'm great, thanks for having me on, man.

Absolutely, man.

So let's start here.

Where'd you come up with the name?

Because it's really great.

I wanted something that was inherently stupid.

I wanted something that no one could take seriously,

but at the same time felt like over-the-top empowerment.

So it was either going to be like,

today starts now, but then when I said stop stopping

the unstoppable, like I needed something that people would.

Well, you have to laugh at it.

Like you have to laugh at it immediately,

but also understand. and I was like that
