I think there's also some merit in the eat like a dog mentality because this goes back to

what we were talking about in my podcast with adversity, right? So I remember when I was 15, 16 years

old forcing down two cups of oatmeal throwing up every morning before school. And it was terrible.

And I would never have somebody do that now. But at the same time, that built resilience in me to the point where I've done this, everything else is easy. Like this is a luxury. And now people get exposed to what we give them, which is a better approach. But it's also kind of a softer approach where if they have to do hard shit, you throw in the prep, they might feel like it's more difficult because they haven't had to really suffer to that extent.

You need to learn how to do hard shit.

You need to learn how to eat volume and not sub out rice for fucking orange juice.

You could do that in some scenarios?

Maybe, but you need to learn how to fucking do the hard shit and not make excuses and not

always try to look for the easy way out.
