Rich Froning is the winningest CrossFitter of all time. Rich is a four time CrossFit Games Individual Champion and three time Team Champion. He is the owner of CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville Tennessee and a CrossFit level 1 Instructor. He is also a family man and a humble dude.

Rich and Eddie sat down at the Ice House Comedy Club in Pasadena while Rich was taking a break from his crazy schedule. .
