You've been doing working with strength athletes for 25 years, chiropractor for over 30 years. But the question that I want to jump off with is an odd one because we're about the same age. Uh-huh. Right. So I train in the mornings and this morning when I came in, I really super didn't want to train, like big time, didn't want to train.
