Summary

Saul Zenkevicius began his career in real estate in 2003 and is now the President, Managing Broker and CEO of Z Team. Saul originally established Real Investment Professional, Inc. in 2006, which later became Goodwill Realty Group, Inc., and which is now Z Team. While many real estate professionals went under when the housing market crashed, Saul shifted gears and began helping institutional sellers who were desperately looking for help selling and maintaining their properties. Since, 2008, Z Team has doubled the number of families it has served year after year! That explains why Z Team was ranked as team #34 in the country by Wall Street Journal in 2013. This was based on units sold in 2012, with 476 transactions sold. On average, Z Team sells homes for 98% of asking price, and the average days on the market is 35. While the average Realtor sells 160 homes over the course of 20 years, Z Team has accomplished that number in just four months! Join us as Saul shares his mindset and a glance at his journey to becoming a Real Estate Rockstar by becoming a recognized expert in real estate.
