And today's episode, I have a really, really interesting guest.

Daniel Cox, who was referred to me

by a friend over in Las Vegas, who's a big crossfitter,

told me that this guy is a very interesting guy and really nerds out on the science and I didn't know how much he did. You know at first I thought this guy was a

a I don't know if they call him a guest or what what was. He was a contestant on the Bachelor and the Bachelorette

or whatever, the Bachelor in Paradise or two of these shows.

And so I was like, all right, well, let's see what this guy's got.

Turned out to be one of the nicest most interesting guys I've ever met,

nose is shit, stun Iron Man, triathlons,

uh, own supplement Companies, owns, is involved in so many aspects of the business

and really, really knows his science.

So it was really interesting.

And what happens a lot of times is off air I get these, have these conversations that I wish could be on air and again with him.

It was one of those.
