| 1:02.9 | looking forward to was the weekend. And the weekend was there to escape from the Monday |
| 1:08.9 | through Friday. And I don't want that for you. If you are living |
| 1:12.8 | for the weekend, there is a serious problem with your Monday through Friday. And here's the bigger |
| 1:19.5 | issue. In those two days, those two days will never be enough to recover from five days of stress |

| 1:29.4 | But at the same time, what happens on the weekend, people often look to completely forget, |
