Coming from a small town myself, I can definitely attest to how creepy things can be in an area where not many people go.

Secrets can seemingly just be buried and forgotten.

This story began with me, my two cousins who I will call K and S and my friend who I will call C, hearing about this weird house out in the woods just outside our small home town.

We were all curious about this house, so we decided to go check it out.

We arrived at around 9 p.m., C thought it would be funny to jump out and scare us while we were waiting for him.

While my cousins were yelling at him for scaring them, I swear I saw something moving around the edge of the woods.

I just tried to tell myself it was a deer since I live in Pennsylvania and we have almost way too many of them here.

C tapped me on the shoulder and asked what I was looking at.
