r eV and apply today. A few years ago, I was sitting with my therapist at the time.

And I came in on a Monday morning and I shared what a hard day I'd had the day before.

So my therapist, always curious, especially curious with some of my language, she was like,

well, what was so hard about it? And I go, well, I got asked to speak at my church last night.

The youth pastor asked me to come speak to the youth group about, among other things, pornography. So it makes sense why he'd asked me to come speak to the youth group about among other things pornography.

So it makes sense why he'd asked me, right?

I host porn-free radio.

Now, I think he wanted me to do sort of a pornography, doom and gloom talk,

like your brain's going to melt if you look at porn, that kind of thing.

But because I knew it was a large group of kids, I wanted to have a broader conversation about

meeting our needs, how our needs get met. And maybe when our needs aren't met,

some of the unskilful ways we try to meet our needs. And then part of that, I told my pornography story and some of the challenges I had had.
