Summary

Hey! It is Natalie Jill! Today on Midlife Conversations I am chatting with Kim Lyons about aging well. We often hear from women in midlife who feel like they've lost their spark. Their stories are often overshadowed by societal pressures and media stereotypes. But it doesn't have to be that way! Aging isn't just about appearances—it's about optimizing health, managing aches, and pains, and reclaiming vitality.

In this episode, you will learn:

  • Biohacking tips for midlife

  • What are the foundations of a healthy midlife

  • What is a midlife rejuvenation
