Hello my friend, welcome to a fresh new episode of new mindset who this as always

thank you so so much for listening and so so much for supporting me and today I

have an episode I've never done before.

This episode is for men.

It's for men.

Well in the sense that it's for the 20% of listeners of mine who are men.

I think you're going to get a lot out of this.

I think you're going to finally feel seen but it's also for women of course a

woman who want to know how men think and how men feel and live and love and all

those juicy topics and I've been wanting to do an episode like this for a while.

You might not realize it but most of my following is women like 80% which is great

and fantastic.

It's not like I set out for it to be that way but here we are and I love it.

It's such a great challenge for me to create content that helps anyone but the fact that

it helps women is incredibly rewarding.

After all I am a guy kind of just a typical dude in my mind.
