We have a special guest. Scott Donald was in the house. What's up, Scott? What's up, man?

This is going to be great. Oh, I'm fired up. Pumped. So glad to have you here, my brother. It's good to be here, man. And every day I wake up on this side of the earth is a good day. that's right baby um so guys uh scott is a, man, entrepreneur, just crushing it in live.

I saw him on John Vroman, two-time former guest on the show on his front row dad's podcast.

And as many things in my life, I don't know what it is about Lewis Houseman, but his podcast is like, it always creeps into my world. I don't actually listen to the show, but I follow it on social. And it's always like, I'm always like just finding cool peeps that I want to, you know, pay more attention to from his show. And Scott's one of those as well. Man, I will tell you that like, it's really interesting what you're doing around, you know, Scott's doing a lot of work and I'm going to get into in a second, but a lot of work around families and raising amazing families, a 10 time entrepreneur. We're talking about the businesses he's built. And really his perspective around, you know, raising a great family. I thought that that was, that was something that really kind of when I saw you on John's

show, it really piqued my interest. I'm a recovering workaholic dad that, you know, had a moment.

We didn't talk about this before the show started. I had a moment in 2019. I was running my company.

Scott, it was a $200 million revenue company. And I was in San Francisco.

And I was at this nice hotel called the Palace Hotel in Union Square. And I don't know what it was, but I had heard a friend of mine in one of my CEO forums. And he said to me, he said, you know, if you want to like, before you set your New Year's resolutions, you should look at your calendar from the previous year and you should see, like, where you spent your time. And that'll kind of give you some indications of like what you did and what you maybe want to change, right? So I was doing it and it was interesting. Like I started doing it and I said,
