Do you own an Apple Watch? If you have one, I'm wearing one right now and you

know how extremely useful they are. You know what it's not useful for? I don't use it to

count calories. I don't use it to count calories.

I don't use it to tell me how I should work

or at what level I should work out.

It's good information.

It gives me some good feedback, but it's not it doesn't own me. It truly does serve me. It's been very useful for so many in so many ways

I'm actually going to do a podcast or a Facebook live this week just kind of talking about

different devices things we can use to help us that are good tools because we want to give

you tips and tools and so this week someone, one of our listeners can win the brand new Applewatch.
