Summary
The very first step in changing any thought is creating awareness around it. But, sometimes we have thoughts that feel so true, and so factual, that they don’t feel like thoughts at all. They don’t feel optional, they feel absolute.
In todays episode, I walk you into the first step of discovering what those thoughts are that you have about yourself, where you likely learned them, and how its possible to let those thoughts go and create a new story about you that feels better.
I can’t wait to hear what beliefs about yourself you unearth from today’s episode. And if you need help discovering them, or discovering new ways to think once you have created awareness around these core beliefs, you know where to find me!
See you inside 💥
