Hey, everybody.

Welcome to another episode. Thanks for tuning in. Merry Christmas. I realized that this is our last episode before Christmas, which is crazy. So in less than a week, it's going to be Christmas. It's always crazy how quick it comes.

I feel like as a kid, it took so long.

Like all month.

I would just be waiting and waiting for Christmas.

I mean, my birthday is December 10th,

so I have that to kind of break it up a little bit.

But mostly, I just like

would always be waiting for Christmas and then we would open all our presents in the

morning and then I would be so bummed that it was all over. But now I feel like December

can't go by slow enough. Like it goes goes so quick, and it's crazy that it's here next week.

But I was coaching a client the other day on the dealing with family during the holidays,

and I just was thinking that there would be a great thing

to talk about here on the podcast because I was just thinking out especially with you guys like

a lot of you being in school and probably like on break or starting break really soon it would be

super great to talk about because I know, you know,

it's like two weeks at home with siblings, your parents, and spending way more time than normal

with your family. And you might be super pumped about that, but you also might have some

mental drama going on. So we're going to dive all into that today, which I'm excited about.
