there is their clue that you're wearing your insecurity

in too heavy a way.

because I'm going to jump into an Instagram live, Matthew recorded recently,

where he talked about insecurity.

And whether insecurity is something you have to hide or get over,

before you can really be someone who's attractive and great for a relationship,

or whether insecurity is something that we all live with,

and that we just have to change our relationship with it.

And looking at the line between being vulnerable and honest,

like upfront about our flaws, and where the line is between that,

and just showing an unattractive level of self-loathing.
