Now today's exercise is a stoic practice titled Present Moment Nostalgia.

Now if your interest in Stoicism is piqued, well, you're in luck.

Now this meditation does not need to take place in Lotus Pose, Padmasana, or with burning sage or frankincense

wafting about the room. In fact, it's really more of a contemplation. And personally, I prefer walking

or hiking and mulling over this concept. It does, however, necessitate quiet time and focused

attention to yield good results.

So only embark on it if you can fulfill these requirements.

Okay, so I'm dating myself a bit here, but do you remember the Carly Simon hit song,
