Today's Swelosophy is a shout out to all the swole moms out there. Happy Mother's Day to all of you that have reproduced and are making sick gains. And of course, every day is Mom's Day and every day is dad's day. And there's no days off when you're a parent. So having one day seems a little, a little light, how hard you work

every single day to provide for your family. But you lead by example. So this is for all of you

out there, all of you, Swole fam, take a moment. And for those of you that still have moms that maybe don't but you

did you all came from a female you all came from a mom and for better for worse you are here

for that reason so respect to all of you that are getting after it every day that are getting up

at the crack of dawn that are putting the work in after work that are getting up at the crack of dawn, that are putting the

work in after work, that are scratching and clawing for those gains, that are doing whatever

you can to make ends meet when it comes to your life in general, when it comes to the gym,

you care about leading by example. You care about your health so you can live longer and more vibrantly for your family.

And you're leading by example.

So it's a very honorable pursuit.

And I thank you.

Your family thanks you and the world thanks you.
