quarter of last year, no doubt about it, is that most of us are not overworked.

We're really not. We're overstimulated. And there's a huge difference between the two.

Because overstimulated is exactly the root cause that most of us are dealing with for a lot of our health-based issues. So, for example,

if you take my health issues when I was 17 years old for that decade through 27 years old,

I was overstimulated. I honestly was. Think about it. My senior year is where I got the most sick.

Now, again, that rain barrel was filling over the first 17 years of my life. But taking my SATs, applying to

colleges, olders born, going to leave my house for the first time, going to leave my friends,

all my different relationships. I had to figure out, again, a way to get jobs to pay for

going off to school and to pay for books. And I mean, all of these experiences were not only

new, there was just so many things going at the same time. So again, it's not always work

and the things that we have to do, but new inputs. When it's always a deluge of essentially

new tasks that you are required to keep up with on top of your old ones, you just get over-stimulated.
