Douglo's movies taping at Zanis on May 5th, you know, Cinco de Mayo, and I'm doing stand up on May the 4th be with you

at Zanies in Chicago.

Today I'm on my way to the Traverse City Winter Comedy Arts Festival, where there are lots of

fun shows for folks that are in the area to see, including

a pretty woman interruption tomorrow night, Friday, Douglas movies on Saturday at 420, and a stand-up

show where I co-headline with Todd Barry and also have Jeff Tate on that show at the State Theater Saturday night at 930.

A movie number 27 of the 365 movies in 365 days, Douglowe's Movies Challenge.

A movie called Accidental Love, and the only reason I watched it is because I read about it in Entertainment Weekly.

It's basically a David O. Russell movie from a few years back, like after I Heart Huckabees and before The Fighter.

And it's, they had trouble with with financing the movie kept getting shut down

while they were making it and uh and it finally got shut down completely without finishing it

and now i guess david o russell got a certain amount of money but he's not allowed to

talk about it and they put some other name, Stephen Spielberg, as the director of the film.

They went with some other name rather than use the typical Alan Smithy when somebody wants their name taken off a movie.

It was called Nailed originally because it's about how Jessica Beale accidentally gets a nail in her brain,

and she starts fighting for passing national health care laws so that she can get surgery to have the nail removed from her brain.

It's really wacky. It doesn't really fit in with the rest of David O. Russell's movies, and I bet he
