about boundaries today. It's one of our core steps inside of my signature

group program, burnout recovery blueprint, because boundaries, well, let me start here. So often,

when we find ourselves in a season where we are feeling or experiencing burnout, it's because

we have not been clear with what are our core values, right? Our priorities. And then being

intentional about aligning our life and our day to day-day and our calendar with those core values,

with protecting and prioritizing those core values.

And when we're living out of alignment with that, we often experience burnout.

So so many of the women that I work with, we do work around our core values, right?

And I'll say, you know, I have a whole process.
