Do you ever have a mental narrative running in your head about not having enough time to invest in getting healthy....but you will eventually get to it? Right?

I think we've all been there: business picks up, kid's schedules get going, work gets crazy, family/friends need more of us.......life always tends to fill in the gaps in our schedule for us.

The problem with this is that if we never stake our claim to the time that we need to invest in US and our own health, then we are actually taking time away from all of these important relationships in the long run.......aka....we don't live the lifespan and the quality of life that we could have.
