First host call of the weekend answering five of our communities questions today, and we'll be back

Let's dive in now. First question is from Amira. Amira says, hi, Dr. Rawl, I've been doing a functional

medicine detox quarterly, but sometimes my body reacts more strongly than usual.

Is this normal and how should I adjust? I feel like I just answered this question. I literally feel like I just

answered this question. But since I don't know if I have or not, I don't have a sure to point you to,

so let's answer your question, Amiro. So essentially, usually you're going to feel phenomenal every single detox you do, meaning like it gets better and better. So if the first one, you're like, I had some fatigue, I had a headache, but overall, I felt pretty good, especially by day five, six, and seven, great.
