Everyone has a season and multiple seasons and seasons of change.

It's not synonymous with nature necessarily.

There's obviously a strong correlation when you have the four seasons because if you have more extreme temperatures,

yeah, you're really enjoying spring and summer and that rebirth.

But this can happen all the time.

This can happen regardless of the weather.

So sometimes you're in a funk because of specific things. If you're in touch with what you do and how you run your life and how you live your life,

if you're in touch with those things, you'll know, hey, I didn't sleep well, so I feel like this, or I didn't eat, or I'm training in this way or something with work.

You know specifically what the issue is, and you can address your habits and your environment and things around that.

Sometimes it's just one of those transformational changes where you're gearing up for something and you are not

necessarily in a rut or a plateau, so to speak, but you're in this kind of transition phase.

And that's important to understand and to observe.

And you'll start to notice these things as you get older because you have more wisdom

and experience, but you're only going to have that kind of wisdom and experience if you are the type of person

that invests in yourself, that way you have that change and that evolution.

Because if you don't invest in yourself and care, and this is why a lot of times I talk about caring,

you have to give a shit about your health.

So you actually give a shit about what goes in your body.

Or you care, you even give a shit to give a shit.

Most people don't care at all so you don't try new things to do better.

You just do whatever and like to complain instead.
