Hey guys, it's Eddie Eft and we're about to start this episode of the Wodcast podcast.

I don't know which episode I'm going to release while I'm doing this

introduction I'm deciding between a couple episodes it's weird we have a bunch of

backlogged episodes but I recorded one today that I feel like needs to get out

there because the open is coming out on Friday.

And it starts on Friday, the open workouts.

And this athlete that I interviewed today,

we just talked about it and it would be stupid

if I release this in three weeks.

So I think today you're getting James Newbury.

You were going to get Dr. Jason Worsland.

Dr. Jason, as you know, is one of my new favorite people because he invented the Theragon.

And as an old decrepit buckling old fart of a man that I am I've just

get pains and aches everywhere and the Theragon is my favorite new toy.

I came to Australia without mine. I don't know why I did it. My wife's coming over here in a couple

weeks and I'm going to beg her to bring it because

it just saves me of all my problems I swear I put it everywhere and I mean everywhere if you know what I mean yeah yeah

so much is going on the the Wodcast is doing well. Thank you guys for all your support. Thanks for sticking by me while I do this. It's not easy. It's rewarding though.
