Happy Sunday. This is your weekend swelosophy. And a couple announcements tomorrow is Monday. Of course,

we have accountability meeting. We have new releases. And tomorrow Monday is when we start with

merch madness. We're starting to post and we are going to start getting results in this week.

So this entire week is merch madness. And if you're listening to this, I'm sure that

you got your brackets in and posted inside the Swenormous app. Just a reminder that the only

people that can win are members. So we're going to be posting this publicly. We'll have the

brackets available. We're also going to be posting them in Instagram stories and Facebook stories and all sorts of stuff and aggregating the results.

And that's going to start tomorrow.

So we have a lot of things to go through.

All those posting start tomorrow.

We got new releases.

We got new merch tomorrow.

So it's a big day tomorrow.

But before we get into all that, a reminder that today being Sunday,

this is a day of reflection. It's a day of reflection as to how you accomplished your week,

how you did over the past seven days. It's also another reminder that it is time now to lock in

to get your meals ready, to go shopping, get your meditation in, get your workouts in, prepare for

the week. So if Monday is a start day for you with your week with your schedule, mentally, a lot of

us still, you know, go by the Monday through Friday structure. Maybe yours is a little bit different.

Maybe you have your off days on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

That being said, the calendars start on Monday.

So this is, and usually for most people, a psychological launch day.
