The best time to get divorced is when you're getting along.

Yeah.

So you can kind of pre-negotiate how things are going to be divided if you do decide to separate.

Cohabitation agreements, pre-ups are both really useful for that.

You can absolutely have a cohabitation agreement that accounts for more than two adults. It shouldn't be super tricky. I can't

vouch for how community aware most other attorneys are, but generally speaking, can you do this thing but for three people?

You probably can't do it for pre-nup, but cohabitation shouldn't be a huge issue.
