That's a great question. It's a tough one though. It is a tough one. Do you have any

residue to do resolutions? I like to mill about in the concept. Here's the thing for me.

I always want to be doing better with being healthy in general. Yes. I feel like I'm only going

to do as good as what the world is showing me. I feel like in terms of things that are stressful,

things that are difficult, Nazis, somehow coming back into our consciousness in a meaningful way.

Yeah. So when I say was in my 20s or 30s and that was like, I'm going to start going to,

what's the one where you go in a circle? Oh my god. It was like 30 minutes and it was,

what was that called? Do you know? A lot of retirees. Yeah. I can't think of it.
