comedian, really rose to fame in the 1980s with Halevi's comedy. Part of a kind of struggle

against that trism in the arts, bit of an iconic part of that. And he's an actor, he's been

in in the end, yeah, in the end of Jones even, as well as many, many other things on the

tele TV presenter. He's a lot of things. And he's also a very political animal. He's firmly

on the left. And what we talk about is the state of the left today, the Labour Party,

Kishtarma, Jeremy Corbyn, anti-Semitism, we talk about a lot of issues. And we don't agree

in everything. And that's what's important about this podcast is we have discussions, including

I speak to people where we agree on some things or not others, or sometimes we don't agree

at all. But we have lots in common, even if we do disagree. So it's a really interesting
