podcast. I have a very special episode today. I had the pleasure of interviewing not one but two

amazing people that have really helped me flesh out Christian nationalism, its

root, and why it matters.

So I have Rabbi Avi on the podcast,

along with Dr Stephen Backhouse.

Now, Dr Stephen Backhouse is the founder and director of tent theology, a venture that designs and delivers

theology programs for local churches, and he is very well educated on Christian nationalism.

In fact, Dr. Backhouse says that essentially

essentially evangelicalism and Christian nationalism have always been a thing. They

have never been separated, which was really interesting. And then Rabbi

Abby is a Canadian rabbi in Montreal, and in 2015 he founded the Jewish

Learning Lab for adult Jewish education and from July 2017 to 2018 served as

intern rabbi of the Spanish and Portuguese synagogue of Montreal. Now Rabbi

Abbey is an amazing educated person that helped so much during this conversation

help me understand the idea of Jewish Zionism and where it comes from and how Christians have kind of taken that idea and made it a thing for America.

So anyway, I'm kind of like there's just so much to talk about in this

interview. I don't want to give too much away, but this is a very helpful

informative interview that was full of me really just learning different ways of understanding what we talk about so often.
