There's a lot of noise, a lot of distractions.

So the things and the people, everything in your surroundings, that could be food,

that could be blue light, that could be people, that could be books and podcasts and movies.

Make sure that your surroundings are locked in because you are in control of that. To any reasonable

extent, there are some things that in the moment, in your current

situation, you might not be able to move yourself from. But there are ways around it. There are ways to

isolate your own thoughts. There are ways to go internal and focus on the things that you can control

and your reactions to these things in your environment, in your life, that maybe you can't control

in the moment.

Shit's going to happen.

But how you react to them is everything.

So lock down, shut down the bad, lean into the good.
