But were they like business mistakes, like customer relation mistakes, just mistakes on the projects that were getting swept under the rug?

Operational. Like the biggest mistakes that were really being made. It was always like a push to grow rather than a push to refine the process and get really good at doing something. And so yeah, it was always like one step forward, two steps back.
