going inside and doing the internal work that it takes to feel amazing with yourself at night

when there's no stimulus and you're there laying in bed and it's pitch black and you're only there with your thoughts

If you don't love yourself and who you are in that moment you're not ready to bring somebody else into the equation or drag

other people along.
