All right welcome to episode 359. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode

of new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening and for

supporting me and today I have an episode that's in direct response to a DM

question I got the other day and this question wasn't unlike so many other

questions I get but I circled this one because it felt like good timing with

the new year new beginnings to talk about breaking cycles and dating

breaking the patterns we continue to go through and this question basically

said you know I keep dating the wrong people over and over and over again I

keep ending up in the same scenarios over and over and over again how do I

stop this what am I doing wrong that was the gist of the DM and I don't think

there's a person on earth who can't relate to that in some sense minus maybe

the the lucky folks who married their high school sweetheart or found their

soulmate with one swipe or one date great for them that's amazing seriously great

for them but I think the majority of people have found that dating as you

date more and more as you go through your 20s or maybe your 30s or beyond

dating becomes a bit like a groundhog day the movie seeing the same things over

and over and over again the same patterns over and over again the same cliche
