Surprise Gift Excerpt:
The happy yellow plush bunny leaned against a wall next to the kitchen table. Blanka watched as the person hurried about. He placed a roll of colorful paper next to her. The toy bunny smiled, admiring the rainbow covered paper. Blanka loved rainbows. She wondered what the person would do with the colorful paper. Adding to this puzzle, the person placed a roll of sparkling blue ribbon on the table. Then off he went to get something else. This time he came back with tape and scissors.
All the brilliant colors reminded the soft bunny of a birthday party. The person briefly sat down and picked up the spool of bright blue ribbon. He rolled out a piece across the table and then cut the ribbon. He gently tied the sparkling ribbon in a bow around the toy bunny’s neck. Blanka loved the blue ribbon, it shimmered in the light.
