And, you know, when you just look for those little things, it really just makes life that much more exciting. |

| 4:31.0 | There's just so many small milestones that I think people overlook because we get so fascinated with only being happy once we have some result of some sort, once I lose 20 pounds, once my, I can bench three plates, you know? And it's like, I find like over the years, especially with helping so many people and even just doing this myself and, you you know talking a lot of people in the DMs is just like like I really I find people struggle with appreciating the small things like like the wins like they're like they're only waiting to celebrate once they've like lost that the 50 pounds or once they've like benched that number but I'm like man like you went up like two pounds on a lift or just like, you lost like, whatever it is. Like there's always going to be these smaller things that we really have to take into consideration and start to appreciate in order to be able to appreciate the bigger things once they do come. So I love that quote. Like I just like don't overlook the small things. That's like the biggest message because, you know, they do make such a big difference. And that's what leads to like, you know, when we talk about compounding, that's what |
