When you’re first starting off with your business, it’s easy to find yourself doing literally anything for anybody. But as you gain more experience, and discover what you’re really great at, it becomes crucial to specialize. Join me as I coach Sommer Poquette on where and how to specialize in her business.
Sommer is a social media expert who has built a 5 figure business offering social media services in her local market. On this call, Sommer and I do a deep dive on her business to determine her area of expertise. The goal is to figure out how she can niche down, serve fewer clients paying higher prices and set herself apart as a specialist. We also talk through how she can handle phasing out existing clients who don’t fit into her plan moving forward.
At the end of the day, it’s about reducing complexity in the business and narrowing down to a specific niche. Specialize! It makes it so much easier to get visibility and get referrals.
