They list all these things that the evidence shows that the offender did and

they listed in a very deliberate order.

And I hope the court sanctions the defense attorney unless there is an

awfully good rationale and evidence for what he's claiming.

But the problem is a lot of these things are interpreted by people who don't

really know what they're talking about.
