| 0:00.0 | All right, guys, welcome to part two of this episode where I am continuing on from the theme of |
| 0:19.0 | the episode, but we're going into specific, specific questions that you guys have written in |
| 0:24.3 | or scenarios that you guys have written in. |
| 0:26.4 | And we can kind of workshop it together. |
| 0:28.4 | So I put in my question box, |
| 0:30.2 | when do you feel like you've resented someone the most? |
| 0:33.7 | And someone said, and this is a really, like, honest one, |

| 1:23.3 | situation has just highlighted my current situation, but they're not, it's not causal. |
| 1:31.0 | They're not causing this pain. The pain is caused by my, my own frustrations that are |
| 1:37.1 | happening with my personal situation, okay? This is just me seeing it is just reminding me of my |
| 1:44.0 | current situation. And when you remind yourself |
| 1:46.4 | of that, when you analyze it in that way, it helps you be less resentful towards your friends |
| 1:51.7 | because you're really resenting your situation that you're in, that you have no power over. |
