And so you see that a large swath of the Christian church has been trained to put aside critical

thinking, who has been trained to think you're anti-spiritual if you use reason. Because first of all,

that is such a great way to get people to just believe whatever you say. If you tell them,

don't think critically about what I'm saying, you know, don't look too deep into it. Just go with

what you feel. Go with the spirit. That obviously has led a lot of people, not just into bad theology, but into really spiritually abusive situations. You see like this assassination of Melissa Doherty. Many of you already know and love Melissa. She became a Christian out of the movement of new thought. She has a YouTube channel. She's written books. I recommend all of

her stuff. You've got to check it out. But today, we literally talked about all the things,

everything going on in our culture, what we're seeing on social media. And we began by talking

about furry fandom. Melissa has recently just done a deep dive into this whole subculture called furry fandom.

So maybe you're a parent of a teenager who is exhibiting some behavior that you're not sure

if you should be concerned about or not. Maybe they're mixing anime with an obsession with

anthropomorphic animals and animals that talk like humans. Maybe

they're even wearing clothes that look like that. And you're kind of thinking what is going on?
